Hiring of 05 Consultants in NPPA on contract basis and for preparation of reserve panel/wait list of candidates for future positions

It announces the hiring of 5 consultants on a contract basis for an initial period of 1 year, extendable up to February 2, 2026, and further up to 2 years beyond that (with a maximum age limit of 65 years). The notice aims to fill vacant positions from a previous advertisement dated June 27, 2024, where some roles remained unfilled, or candidates left. It also calls for preparing a reserve panel/waitlist for future vacancies in similar roles, valid for 1 year.

The following positions are open, with fixed monthly remuneration (all figures in Indian Rupees):-

Consultant (Technical - Grade-I): 1 position, Rs. 65,000/-

Sr. Consultant (Legal): 1 position, Rs. 80,000/-

Consultant (Medical Device): 1 position, Rs. 65,000/-

 Consultant (Cost - Grade-I): 2 positions, Rs. 65,000/-

For retired Central Government employees, remuneration is based on last basic pay minus pension, remaining unchanged during the contract. For listed/corporate/PSU employees, it’s fixed at Rs. 65,000/-. A Rs. 5,000/- transport allowance applies to Consultant (Tech. Gr-I) for retired Central Govt./PSU employees. Young Professionals receive Rs. 50,000/- fixed.

Reserve panel positions and remuneration:

Consultant (Legal): Rs. 65,000/-

Consultant (Data Analysis): Rs. 65,000/-

Young Professional (Medical Device): Rs. 50,000/-

Young Professional (Data Analysis): Rs. 50,000/-

An annual 5% increment on consolidated fee may be awarded after 1 year based on satisfactory performance (not applicable to retired Central Govt./PSU employees in Tech. Gr-I roles).

Contract Period-Initial 1 year from February 2, 2026 (or joining date), extendable based on performance and need, up to age 65.
